The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Ukraine of Administrative Infringements regarding Strengthening of Responsibility for certain Infringements (re Penalty in the Form of Community Service)

The bill (Reg. No. 6634) amends the Code of Ukraine of Administrative Infringements, introducing such a type of administrative punishment as community service. Under the court resolution, the infringer shall do community service for forty-sixty hours; thirty-forty hours; forty-sixty hours, etc.
